  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

✅ Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

✅ Delivery Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 3,000.
  • A flat rate of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.

✅ Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in all major cities of Pakistan.
  • Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid delays.

✅ Order Tracking

  • Once your parcel is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • You can track your parcel status at any time.

✅ Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery is delayed due to unforeseen reasons (weather, courier issues, strikes), we’ll inform you via WhatsApp or call.
  • For failed delivery attempts, our team will contact you to reschedule.

Return & Exchange Policy

✅ Conditions for Return/Exchange:

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, wrong, or incomplete upon delivery.
  • You inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used beauty or personal care products
  • Color contact lenses
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or sale items

Please record an unboxing video to support your return request in case of any issue.

How to Request a Return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

Return Shipping Charges:

Refunds
